Eli Young Band’s Mike Eli Doesn’t Like Everything About Christmas

While the Eli Young Band’s Mike Eli is a big fan of Christmas, there’s one aspect of the holiday he’d rather do without. 

“For better or for worse, when glitter starts floating around, I kinda give a little eye roll to Christmas," Mike shares. “Because that is the only thing that I don’t like about Christmas is glitter.”

Unfortunately for Mike there’s no getting away from it, since he lives in a house of women. He adds, “they’re very nice and understanding sometimes and try to pull back the amount of glittery items that make their way into the house.”

And Mike isn’t dealing with glitter just around the holidays. “It’s funny, because we get rid of the glitter, it takes six to seven months before you ever get rid of all the glitter,” he says. “and then it’s back in November. So, there’s a lot of it.”
