Miranda Lambert Handing Out Grants To Animal Shelters For Valentine’s Day

Miranda Lambert is celebrating this Valentine’s Day by showing her love of animals. The singer’s MuttNation Foundation is handing out 15 $1,000 grants to animal shelters nominated through their Share the Love program earlier this year.
Back in December for Giving Tuesday Miranda’s organization invited animal lovers to nominate their shelters for the grants, with over 14,000 people participating, more than in the previous three years fo the program.
"Shelter pets and the people who care for them have the biggest hearts and sharing the love for Valentine's Day feels so right," Miranda shared in a statement.
