Morgan Wallen just dropped the video for his single “7 Summers” and he’s giving fans more than just your regular old clip. In fact, Morgan actually released a short film for the song, running eight minutes in length. He even stars as a young baseball player in the video.
And Morgan also teased fans with more music on the way. He shared on Instagram, “Y’all let me know what you think. Look for a hint of my album release date in there too.” (comments on Insta suggest it's coming January 8th.)
- ONE MORE THING! As we told you, last month Morgan lost his gig as musical guest on “Saturday Night Live” after partying without a mask during a pandemic. After it happened he announced he was taking some time to reflect, and now he’s opening up about what he learned.
- "I understand both sides of it a little bit," he tells Bobby Bones about the criticism he dealt with. "I know that I got young kids that look up to me. I need to be mindful of things — I'm not gonna let people control the way I live my life, [but] I do also want to be mindful." He added, “And honestly, having a son, obviously now I don't know that I'd be proud to show him those videos. I gotta think about some things a little bit differently."
- Morgan says he took “almost two weeks” off, totally disconnected and “just clear my head,” noting, “it was really, really good for me."
