Ronnie Dunn Shares Two More Covers From “Re-Dunn”

Ronnie Dunn is set to release he new covers album, “Re-Dunn” on January 10th, and now he’s sharing two more songs from the album.

The latest releases include a cover of Tom T. Hall’s “That’s How I Got to Memphis” inspired by Deryl Dodd’s take on the song, and a cover of ““How Long,” originally recorded by British band Aces.

“There was a time when everyone rushed to record popular songs. It wasn’t uncommon to have many artists record their unique version of a great song," Ronnie shares. He adds of “That’s How I Got To Memphis, “Deryl Dodd’s version is always at the top of my playlist.”

As for “How Long,” Ronnie calls it “ a rock classic,” adding, “Not until we got into the studio did we find out that it is over forty years old. That’s mind blowing to me but that’s what makes classics classics.” Check out the two songs to the right.
