Dan + Shay Bring Joy To Cancer Patients With Hospital Concert

Dan + Shay brought a little holiday cheer to some young patents battling cancer in Washington, DC. 

The duo stopped by Children's National Hospital in Washington, D.C. ahead of their Jingle Ball performance in the city earlier this month to treat the patients to a little of their Jingle Ball performance. The visit was sponsored by Aflac, iHeartRadio and Musicians on Call.

“The power of music can help somebody get through a lot of things,” Dan Smyers shares. “That's honestly one of our favorite parts of doing what we do. We get to come in here today and meet patients, meet family members, and do a little concert."

Shay Mooney adds, “We get to actually see the impact that your music makes on people, face to face. Just seeing the joy that music brings, it kind of reminds us how much bigger music is." Check out footage of their visit to the right.
