Dolly Parton Shares A Message Of Faith With Fans

There’s no doubt a lot of people are scared and on edge due to the coronavirus, but Dolly Parton is doing what she can to try and make folks feel better. The singer share a message of hope to her fans via social media Friday, urging them to “keep the faith” during such a trying and scary time.
“Well hello! It's Dolly. Climbing the stairway to heaven because this virus has scared the H-E-L-L out of us," she sang at the start of the video. "I'm not making light out of the situation. Well, maybe I am because it's the light, I believe, that's going to dissolve the situation. I think God is in this, I really do."
She added, "I think he's trying to hold us up to the light so we can see ourselves and see each other through the eyes of love, and I hope we learn that lesson," noting, "I think that when this passes we're all gonna be better people."
