Jason and Brittany Aldean are doing what they can to help those in need during the coronavirus quarantine.
In case you missed it, over the weekend Brittany posted a video asking folks what “essential items” they need, noting “Yes, we’ve given money to organizations,” and adding, “We know that it's a very trying time right now for everybody and a lot of people are out of work and people are in need of things.”
Responses included thinks like disinfectant, diapers, and even rent, but one woman simply wrote that her co-workers were "working their tails off.” Well, that woman, Patty from Hamburg, New York, told her local country radio station, WYRK-FM, that six hours later she got a message from Brittany wanting to help.
Patty says she told her she would love for her co-workers to get “a nice meal” noting, "we don't really get to sit down and eat anything. We're eating on the fly; we're eating candy and chips and stuff like that.” Well, the Aldeans obliged, sending the pharmacy lunch from Panera Bread.
