Lineup Announced For John Prine Tribute Livestream

As we previously told you, the late John Prine’s life will be celebrated later this week with a special livestream, “Picture Show: A Tribute Celebrating John Prine,” and now we know who will be paying tribute to the late singer.
Artists confirmed for the special include Jason Isbell, Brandi Carlile, Eric Church, Kacey Musgraves, and Bill Murray, as well as Dan Auerbach, Kevin Bacon, producer Dave Cobb, Stephen Colbert, Vince Gill, James, Margo Price, Amanda Shires, Sturgill Simpson, Kurt Vile, and more.
The livestream, which is being put on by Prine’s widow Fiona and family, as well as his Oh Boy Records label, is set for Thursday at 7:30 pm ET. Fans can watch it on Prine’s YouTube channel, as well as on Facebook and Twitch.
The event benefits the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Alive Hospice, and the immigrant advocacy charity Make the Road New York.
