Luke Bryan fans are going to have to wait a little longer for his new album and upcoming tour.
The singer just announced on social media that the release of his upcoming record, “Born Here, Live Here, Die Here,” is being pushed back from April 24th to August 7th. In addition, his “Proud To Be Right Here” tour, which was supposed to launch in May 28th, will now kick off July 10th.
“What an incredibly confusing and scary time our world is facing right now, and it is important we continue to follow the guidelines we have been given and do our part to keep everyone safe,” Luke writes. “With that in mind, we are choosing to stay home at this time so we can have fun sharing this music and tour with you this summer.” He adds, “I truly believe that music can provide all forms of emotional connections for everyone and I can’t wait to get on the road and share these new songs with you soon.”
The tour, which will feature opener Morgan Wallen as special guest, along with Caylee Hammack and Runaway June on select dates, will launch July 10th in Orange Beach, Alabama, wrapping October 30th in Bossier City, Louisiana. Check out his statement, and the full list of tour dates below:
