Margo Price has set a new release date for her album “That’s How Rumors Get Started." The album was originally supposed to come out May 8th but was pushed back because of the coronavirus. Well, now it’s set to be released on July 10th.

Margo also just released another song from the album “Letting Me Drown,” which features background vocals from Sturgill Simpson. The video for the song features multiple Margos experiencing the isolation of pandemic life.

“This album is a postcard of a landscape of a moment in time,” she shared, noting that because of what’s going on in the world, “the words to some of these songs have changed meaning, they now carry heavier weight.” She adds, “It’s not political but maybe it will provide an escape or relief to someone who needs it.” Check out “Letting Me Drown” to the right.
