Midland Are Happy To Look “Cool” On Album Cover

The cover of Midland’s latest album “Let It Roll” is a bit of a throwback, with the band in polyester suits in front of an old drug store, and that’s exactly the way they wanted it.
The band loved the location of the shoot, with Mark Wystrach noting, “It has these really beautiful neon lights on the outside, and it has this kind of really gorgeous art deco exterior.”
Cameron Duddy’s wife Harper, who shot the photo, picked the location. Mark shares, “it’s like Midland doing kind of fine art, I guess, in our own way,” adding, “you know, us just being goofballs but Harper actually making us look cool.”
