Scott McCreery Celebrates 10th Anniversary Of “American Idol” Audition

Scotty McCreery is in a reminiscing mood. Earlier this week marked the 10th anniversary of when Scotty’s audition for “American Idol” aired, and he can’t believe how far he’s come.
“Absolutely cannot believe its been a DECADE since my Idol audition aired!,” he shared next to video of his audtion in front of Jennifer Lopez, Steven Tyler, and Randy Jackson. “10 years ago tonight started me on the most insane journey I could ever dream of.”
He added, “Thanks for being there with me every step of the way! Here’s to another 10 years yall🙌🏼.”
Scotty, of course, was unanimously voted through to “Idol” and went on to win the whole thing.
